Julienne each vegetable and set aside. In another bowl, mix all dressing ingredients and add vegetables. Add cilantro and combine gently. Let rest for at least 30 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;For Tuna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Place a large nonstick pan over heat until hot. Combine sesame seeds and wasabi in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray; drizzle oil in pan. Lightly salt tun; dredge in sesame -wasabi mixture. Reduce heat to medium and place tuna in pan. Sear until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Flip; cook 2 minutes more. Remove from hear and let rest for a few minutes. Add oil in small increments, tasting as you go. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Nike &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=28HUNQMI5HI&amp;amp;NR=1"&gt;SPARQ&lt;/a&gt; video&lt;div&gt;On Tuesday I decided to go out on a long run into &lt;a href="http://www.bendparksandrec.org/Park_List_Hidden/Shevlin_Park/"&gt;Shevlin Park&lt;/a&gt;. I looked outside and saw blue sky and a few small clouds. The forecast said chance of rain and snow latter in the day so I thought I would be okay in shorts and a t-shirt (the t-shirt I was wearing was cotton). So I headed out with my dog for a nice long trail run. About 45 minutes into my run I was checking out the Cascade mountain range, when I noticed a white wall moving in my direction.... snow! I turned around and decided that I better get back home before I get covered in snow. About 10 minutes latter I see this massive downpour of snow coming at me like a wave crashing onto shore. It was the coolest thing ever... till about 1 minute latter when I realized that I'm in shorts and a cotton shirt and the snow wasn't going to stop! I proceeded to head home as fast as my frozen legs could go. Duke kept looking at me like "what the hell is going on!" As I climbed up the last hill (that was now covered in snow) to get to my neighborhood, the Nike SPARQ song came on my iPod. I couldn't help, but laugh! During a session with 7PF one can expect to engage in a combination of calisthenics, resistance training, jump roping, core strengthening, obstacle courses, sport drills, cardio training, agility, partner drills, yoga, stretching, and more. As an 8th grader I started playing water polo on a men's club team then played on the high school boys team till a few friends and I got a women's league sanctioned in Santa Cruz County. I continued to play water polo and swimming throughout high school and on club teams, along with running on the cross-country team my senior year. In Jr. College, I became co-captain of the cheerleading squad and was a cheerleader for two years along with running on the cross-country team, the second year. After only running for two years, winning conference championships, and placing 6th in state, I was offered multiple cross-country scholarships by various Division 1 colleges. I chose to run for San Jose State because it offered one of the best kinesiology departments in the area, where I obtained a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-professional (physical therapy/pre-sports med) and graduated in June of 2006. After college I pursued distance running where I placed top finisher in many local races including a 17th women overall in the 2004 Women's Nike Marathon in San Francisco. I have developed a love for sport in general and have coached for Team and Training and kids Track Club. I have interned at physical therapy clinics, along with adaptive physical education facilities where I have helped teach aerobics and weight training. I have also coached/managed one of the biggest boot camps in the California Bay Area (Bay Area Boot Camp). I was sore!!! Since my Mom and my supportive friend were the only people at camp yesterday, I decided to do the workout with them.... 100 push-ups, and multiple sprints later we were done and feeling proud of our accomplishments. By the time I droped off my friend and met my Mom at Newport Market the soreness had kicked in! Nothing that a few glasses of wine and ribs couldn't take care of! The only problem is that the name is very similar to the "other" boot camp in town. Problem, yes. Solution, new name! Monday we had a wonderful, but small group of women who were kicking butt in the elements (planks while it was hailing) and yes, you try jumping rope when the wind is blowing your rope in the opposite direction. The evening was then followed by my Dad's birthday dinner at Typhoon's Restaurant with warm sake! Yummy. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=" ;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'times new roman';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Yesterday nobody showed up for the camp, but can ya blame them.... I wouldn't go! It was raining all day and once that wind picked up... heck no! So my Mom (the brave soldier) and I walked to the top of the Butte to take in the scenery. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style=" ;font-family:'times new roman';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Today the weather isn't looking any better. The wind will not stop howling and the clouds are starting to look threatening! We'll see if anyone comes to camp. My plan is to do another week of free camp to get more people interested. I'm hoping that this weather will blow over by next week so more people will venture out. As long as it doesn't rain... I'm happy!
