7 Peaks Fitness is an outdoor, complete overall body-conditioning program that includes cutting edge fitness, team motivation, and a never repeat workout!
Each day is a different workout and is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to tone and strengthen the body, increase cardiovascular fitness, and leave the mind and body feeling refreshed and invigorated.
During a session with 7 Peaks Fitness one can expect to engage in a combination of calisthenics (exercises performed without weights or equipment), resistance training, jump roping, core strengthening, obstacle courses, sports drills, cardio training (running, sprinting, hill and stair repeats), agility (balance and coordination), partner drills, yoga, stretching, and more!
They can also expect to notice a dramatic increase in energy level, speed, strength, and endurance. Decrease in pant size and body fat, and an overall improved athletic performance and self-confidence!
7 Peaks Fitness is team-oriented and designed to encourage and support one while pushing oneself to reach and go beyond their own fitness goals! All fitness levels are welcome!!!
I ran Cross Country for San Jose State on a full ride scholarship, where I obtained a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-professional (physical therapy/pre-sport medicine) and graduated in June of 2006. I have coached for Team In Training and Santa Cruz Kids Track Club. I have also interned at physical therapy clinics working with NBA, NFL, and Division 1 athletes, along with volunteer work at adaptive physical education facilities where I coached aerobics and weight training. I also coached and managed one of the biggest boot camps in the California Bay Area for over 2 years along with Personal Training multiple clients.
I am currently the owner/coach of 7 Peaks Fitnesss and work at Rebound Physical Therapy.
